Colonial Heritage Williamsburg wedding, Williamsburg wedding photographer, Colonial Heritage wedding photographer (preferred vendor), Williamsburg wedding photographers
It had been a couple years, and a staff change, since I had a Colonial Heritage wedding Colonial Heritage Golf Club so it was great to go back and the new staff is just as great as before.
I started my day started with the bride, as usual, at the GORGEOUS Governors Green by Wyndam (the suite was more like a VIP apartment) and I wish I had an excuse to stay there! My talented second shooter Buddy met up with the guys at Fords Colony in Williamsburg and then we all arrived at the New Zion Baptist church ahead of schedule. But there were a few delays at the church and the ceremony started almost 30 min. late. But I always have a backup plan for when this happens and I’m used to working fast (thanks to my experience working as a newspaper photographer) so we still got some great portraits around the grounds at Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg and I got everyone to the clubhouse by our originally scheduled time (so we were still able to sneak outside during dinner for the stunning sunset).
Courtney clearly had great taste, she was absolutely stunning and Clayton looked very handsome in his white jacket, and all of the vendors agreed. In fact, everyone loved this wedding so much that the Colonial Heritage, the Virginia Gazette, Morrison’s AND European Beauty Concepts will be using my photos from this wedding in their 2016 ads and wedding publications! And as always, it was a pleasure working with other great wedding vendors like videographer Gary at LNR Productions, Astro, and Morrison’s Flowers who always does an OUTSTANDING job.
